Prepaid Orders: ₹75 per order up to a transaction value of ₹199. Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹199. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: ₹70 per order. The shipping charge remains the same regardless of the number of products in your cart.

Email support@wyrd.in or message on WhatsApp with your Order ID. Share a short description of the issue + photos and the unboxing video. Our team verifies the claim within 2–3 business days and confirms pickup/return instructions.

ORDERS

Add items to your cart, checkout, and choose prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD). You’ll receive an order confirmation on email/WhatsApp.

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Yes, COD is available for eligible pin codes. A COD convenience fee is added at checkout.

If previous COD orders were refused or undeliverable, COD may be blocked for your
account. Prepaid remains available

Returns & Exchanges

You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Share a short description of the issue + photos and the unboxing video.
Our team verifies the claim within 2–3 business days and confirms pickup/return instructions.

We attempt pickup up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the return request is closed.

You can self-ship the product to our warehouse and share the courier receipt for reimbursement up to a fixed limit

Refunds are processed within 2–5 working days after the returned item passes our quality check, which is done as soon as the product is received back at our warehouse.

Non-returnable items

These are non-returnable to avoid in-transit damages and hygiene issues.

Refunds go to the original payment method; for COD orders we refund via UPI.

Shipping fees and COD handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are not processed if:

For damaged/defective claims, record a single, continuous unboxing video with the shipping label visible. Send it to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims without video evidence may be rejected as we cannot verify transit damage.
